We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our St. Petersburg office. The ideal candidate will bring strong civil defense experience and a proven ability to manage complex cases independently.

Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of civil defense litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
- Oversee associates and provide mentorship and guidance on case management and litigation techniques
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, insurers, and co-counsel
- Participate in business development and firm growth initiatives
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Prior litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense, general liability, medical malpractice, construction defect
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success handling cases independently
- Excellent communication, analytical, and trial preparation skills

Pay
$135,000 - $175,000 per year
