About the role

A highly regarded mid-size litigation firm in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a mid-level litigator to join its growing practice. In this role you will handle medical malpractice, professional liability, and premises liability cases. Candidates should have meaningful litigation experience and be eager to gain more.

Responsibilities

• Handle medical malpractice, professional liability, and premises liability cases
• Attend mediations, arbitrations, and negotiate settlements
• Run caseloads autonomously

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience, defense preferred (med mal not required)
• Admittance to the PA bar, NJ bar is a plus
• Ability to regularly commute to office in Blue Bell
