Insurance Coverage Partner - Third-Party Liability

About The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Partner to join their dynamic insurance practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior attorney to work on complex, high-value matters in both contentious and non-contentious insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle third-party liability insurance coverage matters (contentious and non-contentious)
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including: Pleadings and motion practice, Discovery, Depositions, Trial preparation and proceedings
• Provide strategic legal advice on insurance coverage issues
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex litigation matters
• Travel as required based on case needs

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 7+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in: Insurance coverage, and/or Insurance litigation
• Strong advocacy and case management skills
• Experience handling matters through all phases of litigation
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong presentation and client management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
