Responsibilities

  • Corporate policyholder coverage disputes
  • High-stakes commercial litigation
  • Soup-to-nuts case management
  • Dispositive motions including MSJs
  • Litigation strategy
  • Client communication
  • Trial/resolution ownership

Requirements

  • Civil litigation, insurance coverage, medical malpractice defense, or regional defense experience
  • Comfortable with writing, discovery, motions, and client reporting
  • Relevant bar admission or eligibility
  • Able to manage deadlines and litigation workflows
  • Interested in defense-side client service

  • Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney: $175K-$300K
  • Med Mal Defense Litigation Senior Associate: $115K-$125K
  • Civil Litigation Associate: $105K-$150K base
  • Associate Attorney: $100K-$120K

  • On-Site: Temecula, CA / Naples, FL; Concord, NH; Syracuse / Fishkill / Uniondale / Buffalo, NY; St. Louis, MO
  • Hybrid: Concord, NH; Syracuse / Fishkill / Uniondale / Buffalo, NY; St. Louis, MO

About the Role

These opportunities are focused on insurance coverage, medical malpractice defense, civil defense, regional litigation, coverage opinions, motion practice, depositions, discovery, and trial preparation. Candidates must have civil litigation, insurance coverage, medical malpractice defense, or regional defense experience, be comfortable with writing, discovery, motions, and client reporting, have relevant bar admission or eligibility, be able to manage deadlines and litigation workflows, and be interested in defense-side client service.

These roles are not suitable for transactional-only attorneys or attorneys who do not want insurance-related or defense-side work. Applicants without required jurisdictional fit are not eligible.

  • Associate Attorney: St. Louis, MO; Compensation: $100K-$120K; Experience: 3-7 Years; Work Model: On-Site
