Insurance Coverage Associate
About the role
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of insurance coverage experience representing policyholders or insurers, as well as litigation experience. Candidates must possess excellent analytical and writing skills, be familiar with first- and third-party insurance policies and the principles of insurance policy interpretation, demonstrate leadership and initiative, and be comfortable working directly with clients and colleagues. Applicants should have a strong academic record, be willing to work on pro bono matters, and be focused on client service.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes
- Assist in drafting and negotiating insurance policies
- Advise clients on insurance coverage issues
- Participate in litigation related to insurance coverage
- Work closely with clients and colleagues
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of insurance coverage experience
- Litigation experience
- Excellent analytical and writing skills

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $235,000 to $365,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, education, training, skill sets, licensure and certifications, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
