About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing D&O and professional liability coverage issues and preparing coverage opinions. The candidate will also have litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting and arguing motions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze D&O and professional liability coverage issues and prepare coverage opinions
• Provide litigation support, including taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting and arguing motions

Requirements

• Admission to NY required
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance coverage and related litigation

Skills

• Experience with D&O and professional liability coverage
• Litigation experience, including depositions, court conferences, and motion practice
• Strong research and writing skills

Benefits

• Salary range: $210,000 - $220,000
