About the role

The Global Insurance Department at Cozen O’Connor seeks an attorney with 3-5 years of significant insurance coverage experience to join the Houston office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance coverage and prepare coverage opinions
• Litigate first and third party claims concerning multiple lines of coverage and bad faith claims
• Take depositions, attend court conferences, and draft and argue motions

Requirements

• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Academic achievement
• Experience with depositions and trials (preferred)

• Texas Bar required
