Insurance Coverage Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions.
• Participate in expert inspections and the preparation and review of expert reports.
• Opportunities to participate in trials.

Requirements

• Significant experience litigating first-party insurance claims, with an emphasis on breach of contract and bad faith claims.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Texas Bar required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in insurance coverage litigation.
• Strong academic background in law.

Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
