Insurance Coverage Associate

About the role

Clyde & Co seeks a Senior Associate with 6+ years' experience to join our insurance coverage litigation group in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions and provide coverage recommendations for clients;
• Draft pleadings and briefs, and correspondence to clients;
• Conduct legal researches using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis;
• Draft interrogatories and document demands;
• Review document collections in preparation for litigation;
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required;
• Submit filings to the court.

Requirements

• Admitted to the CA Bar;
• Excellent academic credentials;
• Strong insurance coverage experience required;
• Commercial Litigation experience required;
• Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $200,000-$240,000.
