Responsibilities

• Empower advisors to deliver sophisticated solutions in life, disability, long-term care, and annuity products.
• Ensure the brokerage continues to thrive through strategic direction and operational excellence.
• Track production and engagement, develop strategies to boost growth, and support leadership in forecasting.
• Increase case size and enhance integration with wealth and planning teams.
