About the Role

The Apprenticeship Program at FCCI is designed for recent high school graduates from local Sarasota and Manatee schools, providing them with an opportunity to begin their professional careers while pursuing an Associate Degree from the State College of Florida.

Responsibilities

During the program, apprentices will work 20-25 hours per week at our Sarasota home office while maintaining school full time. This program will begin in late summer 2026. Apprentices will have the opportunity to gain exposure to different roles and departments, which will broaden their knowledge and skillset.

Requirements

Applicants must be recent high school graduates from local Sarasota and Manatee schools.

Qualifications

Applicants must have a strong academic record and be committed to pursuing an Associate Degree.
