Responsibilities
- Operate as an independent contractor representing American Family and its products exclusively
- Manage, grow, and oversee the overall operations of your agency
- Drive sales and business growth
- Hire and lead a team to meet strategic business goals
Requirements
- Obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses
- Pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background check
