The Vache Soghomonian Agency at Farmers Insurance is seeking a driven and experienced Insurance Agent to join their team in Simi Valley, California.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
• Conduct thorough insurance consultations to match clients with appropriate coverage
• Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and support
• Manage sales activity, follow-ups, and renewals using CRM systems
• Adhere to California Department of Insurance regulations and company compliance standards

Credentials

• Candidates must demonstrate proven industry experience and hold the appropriate California licensing.
• Required: 1–2 years of insurance experience (sales, service, or production)
• Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire)
