Responsibilities

  • Work directly under one of our President’s Council–level Agency Owners, receiving rare, high-caliber mentorship from one of the top producers in the company.
  • Receive hands-on training, one-on-one guidance, and the real-world experience needed to lay the groundwork for launching your own successful insurance agency.
  • Learn the ins and outs of running an agency—sales, client management, operational strategies, and business development—while working closely with experienced agency owners in your area.
  • Engage with potential customers through phone calls, text messages, and emails to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products, treating each client interaction as a chance to foster new and ongoing business relationships.

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
  • Candidate must clear a background check.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency and ambition.
  • Prior sales experience (preferred).
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Must be willing to obtain proper/required licenses.

Qualifications

  • Collaborate closely with your mentor Agent to develop the confidence and skills needed to become a self-sufficient insurance agent.
  • Prepare accurate insurance quotes by utilizing precise customer information, data, and policy rates.
