- Develop new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Build strong relationships with clients and help protect what matters most to them
- Learn sales, business development, and client management skills from experienced agency professionals
- Manage renewals and ongoing customer relationships
- Work toward building your own book of business
- Complete insurance licensing with study materials and support provided
Requirements
- Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented individuals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
- Self-starters who want long-term growth and income potential
- Able to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
- Must live in or be able to commute to the Denver Metro area
