- Develop prospects and sell Shelter products in your agency
- Bring on staff to help with general administrative duties and improve sales
Requirements

- Skilled capacity for effectively communicating with clients in a sales atmosphere
- Some sales experience & a degree with general business courses is helpful
Qualifications
- No previous background in the insurance industry is required
- Our mix of in-house and virtual new agent training schools, paired with continuing industry education courses, helps you build the foundation necessary to launch your agency
- No capital/assets on hand are required to be considered for an agency
