Responsibilities

• Meet and develop new contacts within your community
• Communicate effectively with clients in a sales atmosphere
• Develop prospects and sell Shelter products
• May have the opportunity to bring on staff to assist with general administrative duties

Requirements

• A motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
• Skilled capacity for effective communication in a sales environment
• Some sales experience and a degree with general business courses are helpful, but not required
• No previous background in the insurance industry is necessary
• No capital/assets on hand are required to be considered for an agency
