Responsibilities

• Meet new people and develop new contacts
• Become known in your community
• Grow your sales, business, and networking skills
• Control your own income
• Start your own business without extreme start-up costs
• Develop prospects and sell Shelter products in your agency
• Bring on staff to help with general administrative duties

Requirements

• A motivated attitude

• Skilled capacity for effectively communicating with clients in a sales atmosphere
• Some sales experience & a degree with general business courses (helpful)

Qualifications

• No previous background in the insurance industry required
• Backgrounds ranging from real estate and retail sales to education and coaching
