About the role
We’re looking for a driven and personable individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. Industry experience isn’t required—we’re happy to train the right candidate—but a strong background in sales is essential. If you’re self-motivated, enjoy connecting with people, and have a knack for networking, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Manage follow-ups, maintain client records, and provide ongoing support
- Work independently while still contributing to a collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- Comfortable with outreach, networking, and generating leads
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn the insurance industry
- Must obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license before starting the position (we provide guidance on the licensing process)
