Responsibilities
- Utilize our expansive product lines to guide individuals, families, and businesses towards the financial strategy that is right for them.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, policy owners, and business partners.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Passionate about helping others achieve financial security.
