Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of your agency.
- Drive sales and business growth.
- Hire, train, and lead a team of agents.
- Set and meet strategic business goals.
Requirements
- Obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
- Pass motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background checks.
