Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their needs
- Educate clients on coverage options and risk, not just price
- Design personalized insurance solutions that fit each client's situation
- Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients remain properly protected
- Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Follow up consistently using our modern CRM and communication systems
- Continue developing professionally through coaching and ongoing training
