- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
