Insurance Admin Representative

Responsibilities

  • Perform a high volume of data entry and clerical support related to insurance policies and accounts.
  • Work within comparative rating systems to gather and enter insurance data into an integrated agency management system.
  • Maintain and manage logins and workflows across 30+ insurance carriers.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims filings.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation, prioritizing precision over speed.
  • Collect and document client investment-related details.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for basic documentation and communication.
  • Support team members with additional administrative tasks as needed.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to help and go the extra mile when priorities demand.

Essential Skills

  • Administrative and technical skills.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Basic MS Office Skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Insurance Industry knowledge.
  • Operational Experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of De Pere, WI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
