Responsibilities
- Provide clear and accurate information about insurance products and services to clients.
- Aid clients with policy applications, renewals, and necessary documentation.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, following up as needed to ensure successful resolutions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but a strong desire to learn is essential.
