Responsibilities
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Aid clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred, but not required.
- P/C and/or L/H insurance license preferred, but not required.
Compensation
$40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
