Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
- Active Arizona Property & Casualty or Life/Health Producers License Required.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

Qualifications
MON – FRI: 8:30AM TO 5:00PM WITH 1 HOUR LUNCH
SATURDAYS: 9AM TO NOON. ROTATING WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS. MAY WORK 1 -2 SATURDAYS /MONTH. IF A SATURDAY IS WORKED, THEN 3 HOURS OFF IS ALLOWED TO BE TAKEN DURING THE WEEK.
Benefits
- 401K (pre tax and after tax) with match once with the agency for 12 months.
- Salary range: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
- UP TO $500 PER MONTH REIMBURSEMENT FOR HEALTH INSURANCE.
Pay
Base plus commission.
Schedule
