Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

About the role

As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. You will engage with potential customers, understand their insurance needs, and recommend personalized insurance and financial products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to identify coverage needs and present clear solutions.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and providing ongoing support.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and agency sales targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but passion and determination are equally valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insurance concepts effectively.
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices is advantageous but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Must obtain required insurance licensing.

Pay

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
