Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, coverage changes, and claims support
- Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and provide additional value
- Present insurance solutions tailored to individual client needs
- Work closely with carrier partners to secure the best outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Create an experience that drives loyalty, referrals, and long-term relationships
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred
- At least two years of personal lines insurance account management experience
- Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, rating procedures, underwriting guidelines, and industry operations
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Effective verbal and written communication with professionalism and confidence
- Ability to analyze client needs, present coverage options, and recommend solutions for meaningful protection
- Resolve complex customer issues with tact, urgency, and sound judgment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using agency management systems and other technology tools to support client service and account management
- Take ownership of your work while collaborating effectively with teammates and carrier partners
