About the role

As an Insulation Helper, you will be paired with an Insulation Mechanic to learn the skills of a Commercial and Industrial Insulation Installer.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation on HVAC ducts, pipes, and equipment
• Install insulation on plumbing systems and industrial piping
• Advance to roles such as Insulation Mechanic, Foreman, General Foreman, and Superintendent
• Take advantage of the growing industry with high growth potential and job security

Requirements

• Experience installing some of the following materials: Duct Wrap, Duct Board, Fiberglass Pipe Covering, Armaflex Pipe Covering and Sheeting, Foam glass Insulation, Phenolic Insulation, Urethane Insulation, PVC or Aluminum jacketing
• Work well with others
• Experience in related fields is preferred but training will be provided
• Reliable transportation
• Pass random drug tests
• Own necessary tools (tool belt, tape measure, hand tools, knife, end cutters, aviation snips, dividers and scissors)
