Insulation Installer

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines (insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and any other products sold by the company).
• Review daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with all required product(s), tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at the job site.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Travel Requirements

• Local travel required.
• Out-of-town travel as required.
• Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.

Pay

$13.00 – $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
