Insulation Installer

About the role

The Insulation Installer will install various types of insulation materials in multifamily buildings to enhance energy efficiency, comfort, and soundproofing.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials according to project specifications, safety standards, and building codes
• Work closely with the installation team and other trades to ensure proper insulation installation
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as working in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders or scaffolding
• Lift heavy materials and perform other physically demanding tasks

Requirements

• Prior experience in insulation installation or related construction work is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders or scaffolding
• Basic knowledge of different types of insulation materials and their applications
• Strong commitment to safety practices and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
