Instrumentation Manufacturing Supervisor (Level 3) 1st Shift

About the role

The Flight Test Instrumentation Supervisor is responsible for the build, install/modification, and de-modification of Instrumentation measurements and supporting equipment. This position will lead represented employees and requires strong team leadership, administrative, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee metal fabrication (CNC machining and sheet metal hand forming)
• Electrical harness fabrication
• Structure and electrical install on aircraft
• Maintenance and removal of instrumentation measurements and equipment on aircraft

Requirements

• Experience in ONE of the following:
  • Metal fabrication experience
  • CNC machining experience
  • Harness fabrication and routing (install)
  • Flight Line/Aircraft modification experience
• Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
