Responsibilities
- Deploy, direct, and coordinate appropriate resources
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of skilled Instrumentation Engineering Technicians
- Hire and manage the performance of assigned technicians
- Develop and execute outsourced work packages as needed
- Oversee and direct an on-site team of Managed Service Provider (MSP) technicians
- Develop and deliver engineering performance metrics
- Represent the company during off-site instrumentation and test support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience
- PhD in Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Experience in managing/leading/coaching people and teams
- Experience in developing and managing outsourced work packages
- Understanding and managing customer and senior management expectations
- Exercising sound technical and business judgment
- Technical experience with Instrumentation and Mechanical design
- Experience interfacing with customers on technical program issues
- Project planning and management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience
- PhD in Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain security clearance
Skills
- Technical experience with Instrumentation (pressure, strain, temperature)
- Mechanical design experience using computer aided tools such as NX
- Engineering testing experience in gas turbine systems
- Experience interfacing with customers on technical program issues
- Project planning and management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Pay
$126,694 - $205,878 Annually
