Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer

About the role

Support water and wastewater treatment clients with SCADA systems development, programming, and field implementation.

Responsibilities

• Program SCADA and PLC systems
• Configure OIT, HMI, and SCADA graphic applications
• Implement communication via serial, fiber, radio, and cellular
• Develop historical databases and reporting packages
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical systems

Requirements

• Must have experience with Wonderware, Aveva, and/or Ignition
• Degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
• Experience with PLCs, HMI development, and MS SQL
• Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and Access
• Basic knowledge of networking and familiarity with AutoCAD
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and on-site when needed
