Key Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on analyzers, transmitters, control valves, pressure and temperature instruments, and electrical distribution equipment.
- Troubleshoot industrial control systems, PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, motor starters, motors, transformers, UPS systems, and switchgear.
- Support critical safety system testing and validation activities.
- Maintain plant gas analyzers, including moisture analyzers, oxygen analyzers, and process instrumentation.
- Utilize SAP and computerized maintenance systems to document maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Support plant outages, turnaround activities, and major maintenance projects.
- Cook up with operations, engineering, contractors, and customers to safely execute maintenance activities.
- Participate actively in site safety programs and promote Air Products' safety culture.
Hiring Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum five years of industrial maintenance (plant maintenance preferred) experience in instrumentation, electrical, controls, manufacturing, chemical processing, utilities, or similar industrial environments.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights when required.
- Ability to read and interpret: Electrical schematics, Single-line diagrams, P&IDs, Instrument loop drawings.
- Experience troubleshooting: Industrial electrical systems, Instrumentation and analyzers, VFDs and motor controls.

Pay and Benefits
The expected hourly pay rate is $53.07 - $63.48 hourly plus bonus. This is the rate that we reasonably expect to pay for this position as individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors. It's important to note that individual compensation packages are determined based on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to experience, and qualifications.
