Instrumentation and Controls Maintenance Planner

Role Summary: Plan and prepare maintenance work packages for a nuclear clean energy facility, covering corrective and preventive maintenance, surveillance activities, and modifications. Key Responsibilities Perform field walkdowns to validate scopes and identify maintenance needs.Coordinate with maintenance, supply, operations, and engineering teams to ensure effective execution.Develop and review work instructions and procedures aligned with safety, quality, regulatory, and code requirements.Ensure permits are obtained/managed appropriately for planned activities.Verify materials readiness and maintain complete, accurate maintenance documentation.Support compliance through proper adherence to nuclear safety and technical standards. Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of maintenance planning for nuclear facilities (corrective/preventive, surveillance, modifications).Ability to interpret and apply safety, quality, regulatory, and code requirements.Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple technical and operational teams.Detail-oriented with strong documentation and procedural rigor.
