Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
  • Analyze data trends to improve user experience and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with all data protection regulations and implement necessary security measures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development or IT management.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and databases.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications
