About the role

We are seeking individuals passionate about making a difference in the health care field. SpecialtyCare offers comprehensive in-house training to help you build a career in health care. We are a leading provider of outsourced clinical services, serving over 1,000 hospitals and supporting more than 13,000 surgeons across 45 states and Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

  • Decontaminate soiled instrumentation, cameras, scopes and other materials/instrumentation as needed.
  • Pack decontaminated items for sterilization.
  • Manage the maintenance, care, cleaning, and repair of instrument/scope sets in a hands-on environment.
  • This role does not involve direct patient contact or care.

Requirements

  • A minimum of an Associate's degree or a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must live within 30 minutes of contracted hospitals and be available for flexible hours and call rotations including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to be on-call.
  • Successfully complete on-the-job training including certification and company-sponsored education modules.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
