Position Title: Instructor of Psychological Science
About the role
The Psychological Science Department at Weber State University invites applications for an instructor level position, with a 4-4 teaching load. Instructor positions are temporary appointments renewable by separate contract at the sole discretion of the University based on available funding.
Responsibilities
- Teach introductory psychology and other courses in the curriculum both online and face-to-face.
- Engage undergraduate students in research and/or practicum experiences, or service.
Requirements
- Master’s degree within a field in psychology by the appointment date of July 1, 2027.
Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in psychology preferred.
- Backgrounds in developmental, personality, behavioral, or forensic psychology preferred.
