Instructor of Nursing - ADN Pre-Licensure Program
for section headings, - for lists,
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc.
We need to format benefits list: The benefits block currently is a run-on string without commas. We need to parse into items: "Excellent medical, dental and vision coverage options", "Generous paid leave plans and holiday pay", "Public Employee Pension Plan (NMERB)", "Optional 403 (b) Tax Deferred Annuities, 457 and Roth Plans", "Flex Spending accounts", "Life and Disability coverage", "Employee Wellness Incentives", "Employee Assistance Program", "Tuition waiver", "Free SJC Gym Membership", "Free Library services". We'll split accordingly.
Now About the role: combine the initial paragraph and location description. Also maybe mention mission/values? That could be part of About the role as well. The posting includes "SJC Mission and Values Our mission at San Juan College is to educate and empower individuals to thrive in an ever-changing world. San Juan College is committed to serving the needs of our students and the community through a process of continuous quality improvement. San Juan College upholds and affirms the values of Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Excellence." That's substantive; we can include in About the role.
Also "What can you look forward to? As a Platinum Family Friendly New Mexico Business, San Juan College is dedicated to maintaining a workplace with policies that allow employees and their families to thrive." That's also about benefits/workplace; could be part of Benefits or About the role. But we already have Benefits section; we could include that as part of Benefits prose. However we already have a list of benefits; we could add a paragraph before list about Platinum Family Friendly.
We need to avoid duplication. The posting also includes "Learn more about the Farmington area by clicking here." That's a link; we should remove as it's navigation/application instruction? It's a link to learn more; maybe we should drop as it's application instruction? It's not a boilerplate but it's a link; we could keep as part of location description but it's a navigation instruction; better to drop.
Also "Why Join San Juan College?" heading is not allowed; we incorporate into About the role.
Now we need to ensure we don't include any headings with empty content.
Let's craft sections:

Schedule
This is a full-time, nine‑month position.
Check for any repeated info: We included Platinum Family Friendly in About the role and also in Benefits paragraph; that's duplication. We should avoid duplication. The Benefits section already includes a paragraph about Platinum Family Friendly; we could remove that from About the role to avoid duplication. However the About the role already had that sentence; we could keep it there and remove from Benefits paragraph. But the Benefits paragraph is just a sentence; we could keep it as intro to benefits list. However we already have that sentence in About the role; duplication is not ideal but maybe acceptable? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is not prohibited but we should avoid unnecessary repetition. Better to keep the Platinum Family Friendly statement only once, perhaps in Benefits section as it's about benefits/workplace. Then we can remove it from About the role.
Let's adjust About the role to not include that sentence. We'll keep the rest.
Now Benefits section: start with that sentence then list.
Now check for any other duplication: The stipend mentioned in About the role and Pay section; we have it in both. We could keep it in About
