About the role

The Department of Special Education welcomes applications for part-time adjunct instructor positions available January 2026. Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U. S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Teach courses related to Applied Behavior Analysis/Autism
  • Teach graduate level courses in the online Applied Behavior Analysis program
  • Have at least a doctoral degree in ABA, psychology, education, special education, or closely related field from an accredited institution
  • Have current certifications as BCBA/BCBA-D.
  • Have Indiana state licensure as a behavior analyst
  • Teach scheduled courses on a weekly basis
  • Grade student work
  • Provide quality feedback on assignments
  • Host weekly office hours
  • Respond to students in a timely manner

Requirements

  • At least a doctoral degree in special education or closely related field from an accredited institution
  • Current certification as a BCBA
  • Indiana state licensure as a behavior analyst

Qualifications

  • Experience teaching graduate level online courses
  • At least three years experience as a BCBA

Skills

  • Ability to teach graduate level courses in Applied Behavior Analysis/Autism
  • Ability to provide quality feedback on assignments
  • Ability to host weekly office hours
  • Ability to respond to students in a timely manner

Pay

$3,000 - $9,000
