The role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative educational programs that enhance student learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging curriculum materials
- Evaluate and improve educational programs based on student feedback and data
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop new courses and programs
- Conduct research to inform educational practices and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- At least 3 years of teaching experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
