About the role
The College of Extended Learning at Northeastern State University is seeking a full-time faculty member to teach undergraduate and graduate level classes, online, day and/or evening classes in Criminal Justice at the Broken Arrow campus. Previous teaching experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses in Criminal Justice
- Provide student advising
- Engage in university service
- Contribute to scholarly activities
Education Requirements
- Ph.D. in Criminal Justice, Criminology or related field preferred
- Master's degree required
- ABD will be considered
- Related experience will also be considered
Experience
- Prior teaching experience, with preference for classroom and online teaching
- Experience with various forms of academic technology
- Experience with community outreach
- Experience in scholarly research and writing, or willingness to engage in academic scholarship
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Benefits
- Annual salary of $52,710.00
