This position plays an integral part in advancing the mission and vision of the college by supporting daily operations, strengthening internal and external communications, and helping foster a collaborative and student-centered academic environment. Working closely with college leadership, faculty, staff, and students, this role helps coordinate initiatives that contribute to the overall success and growth of the college. Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the College of Nursing
- Strengthen internal and external communications
- Foster a collaborative and student-centered academic environment
- Coordinate initiatives contributing to the college’s success and growth
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a discipline related to management of curriculum, admissions and records, student programming, education, and systems
- 5 years of experience in a related area of college assignment
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Doctoral education in a discipline related to the management of curriculum, admissions and records, student programming, education, and systems
- 8 years of experience in a related area of college assignment
Schedule
Full-time, 12-month in-person faculty appointment with approximately 90% administrative release time (negotiated annually with the Dean).
Reporting Structure
The Associate Dean of Student Affairs reports directly to the Dean of the Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing.
