Theoretical and Practical Training
- Deliver training in Civil Construction trades including Masonry, Rod Binding, Shuttering, Carpentry, and other related occupations.
- Conduct competency-based assessments and evaluate trainees in line with national training standards.
- Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and safety of all training tools, equipment, and machinery.
Training Environment
- Maintain a disciplined, learner-friendly, and productive classroom and workshop environment.
- Prepare, review, and continuously improve training plans, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
Technical Guidance and Supervision
- Provide technical guidance and demonstrate best practices in construction site supervision within the construction sector.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: diploma in civil engineering
- Skills: construction supervision, construction management, construction industry knowledge, construction safety
