Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy or 2 years' experience in the outpatient setting with board certification may substitute for DPT degree.
- Board certification specialists are preferred.

Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000.
Schedule
Hours and schedule are flexible and determined based on department needs.
