Instructonal-ESE Resource Compliance Specialist-Charter Schools

Responsibilities

• To coordinate educational placement and appropriate services for students with disabilities.
• To serve as LEA representative at eligibility, re-evaluation and Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings at assigned schools.
• To assist schools with the implementation of IDEA Federal and State regulations for students with disabilities.
• To provide support to schools in the areas of curriculum and instruction, behavior supports, service delivery models and staff development to address the needs of students with disabilities.
