About the Role
This entry-level Instructional Systems Designer position supports the development, organization, and delivery of training and educational programs for customer personnel. Delivery methods may include classroom instruction, web-based training, focused briefings, multimedia presentations, or a combination of these. The role involves developing and enhancing instructional curriculum and applying adult learning practices. The candidate will leverage multimedia and instructional technologies to conduct effective education and training. Experience in security disciplines such as insider threat, security processing, adjudications, information assurance, and counterintelligence is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the completion of specific training programs and projects.
- Provide training solutions to a wide range of problems.
- Develop measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventions.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant training and technology.
Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience in Instructional Systems Design.
- Experience with e-learning development software (desired).
- Bachelor’s Degree or approximately 4 years of related work experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $93,662 - $109,250. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
