Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices, particularly related to supporting children with exceptionalities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teachers, staff, students, and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with children.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and respond effectively to unexpected situations.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities as required.
• Certification or training in CPR, first aid, and other relevant health and safety protocols preferred.
